Up for grabs is a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in steel
reference 6265 with screw-in pushers and steel bezel
4.1 mil serial number circa 1974 production
Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Top of the lugs appear to still have factory finish. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and clearly visible. No corrosion or pitting.
Correct MK2 pushers screw in and out properly and “click” correctly during operation.
Dial is original silver “Big Red” with black subdials. The subdials appear to have a slight color change in light and sun. Original hands. Very nice vivid yellow patina on plots and hands. No chips or scratches.
Original domed crystal.
Bezel is original in excellent condition without dings or dents. The original beveled edge is still clearly intact instead of being polished down as usual.
Caseback is original, free of personalized engravings on outside. Stamped 6264 inside.
Bracelet is original and seldom seen on Daytona Swiss Jubilee reference 63510H in very tight for its age condition, 574 end-links and C date code.
